The
Builders Choice Program is a part of FirstSource Roofing's New
Construction Division. We want to provide our builders with
a partnership committed to excellence that will reflect the
quality and pride we have in all of our products and services.
We will give value-added, on-time, Turn Key roofing packages
that exceed the expectations of every customer.

FirstSource
Roofing will handle the ordering, delivery, installation and
clean up of all roofing materials.

FirstSource
Roofing will lock in prices for the number of jobs that are
contractually agreed upon.
|
We will
conduct a post contractor, pre-delivery inspection upon completion
of the home and will provide estimates for roof repairs to
the subcontractors. FirstSource Roofing must perform all roof
repairs in order for warranties to apply.

The home
builder has the opportunity to offer the homeowner an extended
warranty at an additional cost with split profits.

FirstSource
Roofing upholds warranties by performing all work in accordance
with manufacturer specifications.
