Roof Maintenance
As a homeowner or business owner you
should know ways to make sure your roof is keeping
all the rain and weather on the outside. You
should inspect your roof two times a year. The
first time should be in the springtime so that
you can see what if any type of snow damage you
received over the winter months. The second time
should be in the fall as the summer is ending
and leaves get clogged in the gutter this can
cause roof damage as well as gutter damage. While
inspecting your roof if any shingles seem loose
or there seems to be an area of your roof where
it seems to dip inward you should call a roofing
company to have it inspected. Lastly make sure
your roof is properly ventilated so that the
air has some were to go. If the air is unable
to escape it can produce moisture around the
frame of your roof and/or also cause your attic
to heat up in the summer months causing your
roof to buckle.
